Kenara, a college student and former dancer, arrives in Kelawangin Village to visit her best friend Ayu, only to trigger an old grudge. From her first night, marked by strange dreams and the villagers` suspicious stares, she senses something is wrong. Her body begins dancing on its own, and when she enters a forbidden room in Ayu`s house, disasters strike. Villagers die mysteriously as Kenara dances unnaturally, performing the Narik Sukmo Dance-a death dance tied to lovers Banyu and Ratimayu, who died 20 years earlier. Gradually, Kenara discovers the couple are not evil spirits but victims whose love was destroyed by their own villagers.

Kenara, seorang pelajar kolej dan bekas penari, tiba di Kampung Kelawangin untuk menziarahi kawan baiknya, Ayu, namun dia telah membangkitkan dendam lama. Bermula dari malam pertama di sana, Kenara dihantui mimpi ngeri dan renungan aneh penduduk kampung sehingga dia merasakan ada sesuatu yang tidak kena. Tubuh badannya mula menari dengan sendiri dan apabila dia memasuki sebuah bilik larangan di rumah Ayu, situasi menjadi lebih buruk. Penduduk kampung mula mati secara misteri apabila Kenara melakukan tarian Narik Sukmo, satu tarian kematian yang berkait dengan Banyu dan Ratimayu, pasangan kekasih yang telah mati 20 tahun lalu. Namun tidak lama selepas itu, Kenara mendapati pasangan itu bukanlah roh jahat, sebaliknya menjadi mangsa kepada penduduk kampung yang menghancurkan hubungan cinta mereka.
