This film is based on a true story that took place in a northern state, where a mysterious "fun" bistro was causing discomfort and upsetting the residents there. Those who were initially nonchalant about its existence soon had a change of heart when they claimed to have witnessed immoral happenings at the bistro. The authorities were unable to do anything about the complaints they received as the bistro had proper licensing and there were no evidence of misconducts. Several of the residents decided to take matters into their own hands and investigated the place, hoping to uncover the truth.

Filem arahan M.Jamil dan Rizal Halim ini adalah berdasarkan kisah sebenar yang berlaku di utara tanah air mengenai kewujudan Bistro 'hiburan' misteri yang telah menimbulkan rasa kurang puas hati di kalangan penduduknya. Mereka yang pada mulanya tidak kisah dengan kewujudan Bistro tersebut mula berubah apabila mendakwa terlihat perlakuan yang tidak bermoral berlaku dalam Bistro tersebut. Walaupun pihak berkuasa menerima aduan namun tidak dapat berbuat apa kerana ia mempunyai lesen yang sah dan mereka tidak menemui sebarang bukti yang mencurigakan. Jamel, Amirul, Pa'cai, Roje dan beberapa orang kampung cuba menyiasat apa yang sebenarnya berlaku.
