Alisa is forced to marry her cousin, who is also a religious teacher at her high school, when her parents decide to go to Mecca. They trust only Ustaz Hafiz to take care of Alisa the whole time they are in Mecca. Alisa`s dilemma starts after the marriage, as she has to hide her marital status from everyone including her best friends Wati and Johan. With the glaring age difference, Alisa also faces conflicts in accepting Ustaz Hafiz as her husband.

Alisa dipaksa bernikah dengan sepupunya merangkap guru agama di sekolah menengahnya iaitu Ustaz Hafiz, apabila ibu bapanya ingin mengerjakan haji. Hanya kepada Ustaz Hafiz sahaja tanggungjawab dan kepercayaan yang diberi untuk menjaga Alisa sepanjang mereka di Mekah. Dilema bermula setelah mereka berkahwin apabila Alisa perlu menyembunyikan statusnya di sekolah daripada diketahui oleh orang lain termasuk rakan baiknya sendiri, Wati dan Johan. Dalam dilema dan perbezaan usia yang ketara, Alisa juga terpaksa berdepan dengan pelbagai konflik untuk menerima Ustaz Hafiz sebagai suaminya.

The Good, the Bad and the Early Marriage:

• A romance film that deals with teenage dilemma pertaining to ones love life and how religion plays a part of it too.

• However some viewers may find the certain elements of the movie to be morally offensive and even strange, especially when dealing with the age difference of the characters portrayed.

• The performance given by the cast is believable especially that of Nora Danish. As a 33-year-old woman, she manages to convince the audience that she is only 17 in the movie.

• The film is slow-paced, but the message delivered is intended to be meaningful.
