After returning to Malaysia, teenagers David and Clara promise to meet up again with their friends Tristan and Sarah, who are still living in Jakarta. The chance comes when all four meet once again in Malaysia. As they try to solve the mystery of a wooden box, it points them to an old castle, where they end up going. After performing a ritual there using an Ouija board, they start to face indescribable terror from a vengeful bride wearing a blood-covered gown who threatens their life.
Selepas pulang ke Malaysia, dua remaja David dan Clara berjanji akan bertemu lagi dengan rakan mereka Tristian dan Sarah yang masih tinggal di Jakarta. Apabila mereka kembali bertemu di Malaysia, mereka cuba untuk menyelesaikan misteri sebuah kotak kayu, yang membawa mereka ke sebuah istana lama. Selepas melakukan ritual menggunakan papan Ouija, mereka mula diganggu roh jahat pengantin perempuan yang mengancam nyawa mereka.
