Bossman is the owner of a large but disorganised company in Kuala Lumpur. The one who always causes chaos and mess in his company is Bossman himself. Bossman follows and believes only one principle of management, which is "Bossman is Always Right"! He also believes in the principle "Impossible We Do, Miracle We Try". Diana, his secretary, has to juggle and attend to every ridiculous and impossible need of the Bossman. Diana`s daily confrontation with her boss puts her patience and good sense to the test.

The Good, the Bad and the Stupid Boss:

• The film is similar to "Horrible Bosses" with its humour catered towards the Indonesian, Singaporean and Malaysian audience.

• The film stars an ensemble of talented cast but the main attraction is definitely rising star Reza Rahadian as the title character who completely steals the lime light from Indonesian pop star/actress Bunga Citra Lestari.

• Although the humour and jokes in this are nothing new, the chemistry between all the characters is fun to watch.

• Another refreshing point about this film is that despite it being a comedy, the film doesn't rely on crude, offensive or dirty jokes to deliver the comedy.
