9.13 The Returning

13 September 1972 saw an unfortunate tragedy occur, where a ferry sank in Parit Buntar, causing the death of all 20 passengers. Ah Han the driver was accused of being responsible for it and blamed by local citizens. Twelve years have passed, but Ah Han is still unable to forget the pain and remorse of the accident. He is one day found dead, floating by the river. Disturbed by the loss of her father, Ah Han`s daughter, Ah Mei, decides to return to her hometown to seek the truth, only to face the haunting of the deceased spirits of the 13 September tragedy.
Pada 13 September 1972 telah berlaku satu tragedi di mana sebuah feri karam di Parit Buntar menyebabkan 20 penumpang mati. Ah Han merupakan pemandu yang dituduh bertanggungjawab terhadap kejadian itu dan disalahkan oleh penduduk tempatan. Dua belas tahun berlalu, tetapi Ah Han masih tidak dapat melupakan kejadian itu. Satu hari dia ditemui mati, terapung di sungai. Terkejut dengan berita kematian bapanya, anak perempuannya Ah Mei ambil keputusan untuk pulang ke kampung untuk mengetahui puncanya, namun dia pula kemudian dihantui oleh roh-roh tragedi itu.
