Seorang detektif dari bandar, Inspektor Dewi, telah ditugaskan untuk menyiasat kes kehilangan seorang remaja perempuan, Anna, di sebuah pekan terpencil di Tanah Merah. Namun, dirinya tidak disukai oleh penduduk pekan itu, termasuk Inspektor Rizal, detektif yang ditugaskan bersamanya. Bapa kepada Anna, Hussein, tidak percaya bahawa Inspektor Dewi mampu menjalankan tugas dan mencari anaknya.
