They first scored the jackpot in 1998's "The Wedding Singer" and again in 2004's "50 First Dates". 'They' in question is none other than Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore.

Thus far, their collaboration via playing a couple proved to be box office gold and it's no surprise really that they've decided to reunite for the third time for their latest romantic comedy "Blended".

In a classic romantic-comedy setup, "Blended" centres on two unlikely couple, Jim (Adam Sandler) and Lauren (Drew Barrymore), who first meet on a disastrous blind date. They swear not to see each other again, but things start to change when the two single parents and their respective children find themselves at the same South African safari resort.

Highly regarded as one of the best screwball comedies ever made, Howard Hawks' "Bringing Up Baby" was often praised for its breakneck pace and zany antics. But most of all, it was the impeccable casting of Cary Grant and Katharine Hepburn as two unlikely couple who both subsequently fall for each other. Both of them display great chemistry together, and their comic timing were nothing short of perfection.

When it comes to "When Harry Met Sally...", the first thing that comes to mind is the two legendary scenes from the movie. The first one involves a roadside café where the fussy Sally (Meg Ryan) orders apple pie and ice cream, and the other scene involves Sally simulating an orgasm in front of Harry (Billy Crystal) at the crowded New York deli restaurant. Although they seem like a likely pair, much of the movie's success is owed to the wonderful chemistry between Billy Crystal and Meg Ryan.

In the 1990s, Julia Roberts was often synonymous to romantic comedies. Her most memorable moments of course, came from her successful collaboration with Richard Gere in "Pretty Woman" and again via "Runaway Bride". With Richard Gere's dashing charm and Julia Roberts' radiant persona, both of them were so charming together, making the duo one of the best on-screen couples ever seen in romantic comedy films.

The '90s era of romantic comedies was not just about Julia Roberts and Richard Gere, but also the unforgettable pairing-up of Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan who both dominated the genre. If you were born in that era, it's hard not to get hooked with their lovely and witty chemistry through three of their successful romantic comedies beginning with 1990's "Joe Versus The Volcano", 1993's "Sleepless In Seattle" and 1998's "You've Got Mail".

Okay, so the huge success of Cameron Crowe's entertaining comedy drama was largely owed to Tom Cruise's timeless line of "Show me the money!" But "Jerry Maguire" was also unforgettable for the "You... complete me" line where Jerry (Tom Cruise) finally expresses his true love to Dorothy (Renee Zellweger). Their chemistry was amazing and this was the movie where the critics started to take notice of the then-unknown Renee Zellweger, who subsequently went on to star in popular blockbusters such as "Me, Myself & Irene", "Bridget Jones's Diary" and "Chicago".
