"Into Darkness" motion poster!

Fans that cannot wait for "Star Trek Into Darkness" this May 2013, why not check out this ominous-looking motion poster for J. J. Abrams' highly anticipated sequel, complete with a threating narration by Benedict Cumberbatch that combines the one we have heard in the trailer and the one on the poster.

As many will have already known, Cumberbatch plays the main villain, John Harrison, who is said to be the antithesis of Captain James T. Kirk (Chris Pine). The two meet when Kirk is forced to lead a manhunt to a war-zone world to capture the one man weapon of mass destruction when the crew of the Enterprise return home to find the fleet and everything it stands for detonated, leaving our world in a state of crisis. As our heroes are propelled into an epic chess game of life and death, love will be challenged, friendships will be torn apart, and sacrifices must be made for the only family Kirk has left: his crew.

Aside from Pine, Zachary Quinto, Simon Pegg, Karl Urban, Zoe Saldana, Anton Yelchin and John Cho, are returning, with newcomers Alice Eve and Bruce Greenwood.
