12 Dec – During its release in 2010, like most Adam Sandler movies, "Grown Ups" grew to achieve commercial success, although reviews for the movie was largely negative, numbers are still good enough for Sandler's production company, Happy Madison, prompting a sequel to be negotiated, according to MovieWeb. "Grown Ups" stars most of Sandler's best friends, such as Kevin James, Chris Rock, David Spade and Rob Schneider, in a story about a group of friends who decide to meet again 30 years late, and rediscover the connection as well as the joy they experienced in the past. However, it will not be easy, as each grownup now comes with personal problems and challenges that they have to overcome first. "Grown Ups 2" will be the first movie in Sandler's career to be a sequel, and it is almost a given that if Sandler were to return for the second instalment, the rest of the cast will also be back. Before "Grown Ups 2" happen, catch Adam Sandler in "Jack And Jill" next instead, coming to cinemas in Malaysia on 29 December and cinemas in Singapore on 19 January.
