Diesel confirms "F7" release


Diesel posted this on his FB page with the caption "The last scene we filmed together".
23 Dec – After waiting to know if "Fast and Furious 7" will soldier on after the untimely death of actor Paul Walker, there had been speculation that the film might not even be shown.

However, with a recent update from actor Vin Diesel on his Facebook page for his fans, he posted a picture of him and Paul Walker (seen above) and wrote that "Fast and Furious 7" will be released on 10 April 2015.

The actor also wrote about his feelings, "There was a unique sense of completion, of pride we shared in the film we were now completing... the magic captured... and, in just how far we've come."

Besides the update on "Fast and Furious 7", after dropping hints that he has joined forces with Marvel, Diesel has also now officially confirmed that he will be voicing Groot for "Guardians of the Galaxy".

Diesel joins an excellent supporting cast, including Chris Pratt as Star Lord, Zoe Saldana as Gamora, Bradley Cooper as Rocket Raccoon, and Dave Bautista as Drax the Destroyer. The rest of the cast is flanked with A-list stars the like of Glenn Close, John C. Reilly, Benicio Del Toro, and "Doctor Who" actress Karen Gillan.

"Guardians of the Galaxy" is expected to be in theatres by August 2014. As for "Fast and Furious 7", there is still no official confirmation by the studio yet even though Diesel did state a date himself.
