1 Oct – This is not a 'Tribute', nor a joke. Actor-musicians Jack Black and Kyle Glass will be down in Kuala Lumpur with their band Tenacious D this 1 December 2014 for a concert. The popular American comedy rock duo will be playing at the satellite show of the upcoming Urbanscapes music festival. The 18-and-over show will be held at KL Live at Jalan Sultan Ismail at 7pm. Tickets for the show are priced at RM167 (early bird), RM187 (pre-sale) and RM207 (regular) and will go on sale 7 October onwards. Formed in 1994 in Los Angeles, Tenacious D has thus far 3 albums to their name, "Tenacious D" (2001), "The Pick of Destiny" (2006) and "Rize of the Fenix" (2012). No strangers to showbiz the band have also appeared in films like "Shallow Hal", "School of Rock", and "Year One". In 2006, the band starred in their own film, "Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny".
