27 Mar –Golden Screen Cinemas (GSC) has started its advance ticket sales for two of this year's most anticipated blockbusters – "Fast & Furious 7", which will be in the theatres on 2 April; and "Avengers: Age of Ultron", which will be released on 23 April. Purchase of the tickets can be made at GSC ticketing counters and on GSC e-Payment channels via website or app. For better convenience, movie lovers can now also purchase their tickets using credit card via GSC Mobile Apps. With the implementation of GST from 1 April onward, GSC will be charging 6% Goods and Service Tax (GST). GSC ticket prices, vouchers, concession items, and food and beverage items will remain the same but consumers will need to pay the 6% GST on the existing prices. However, GSC will be maintaining the booking fee of RM0.50 per ticket for online transactions and absorb the 6% GST on the booking fee. Still, to avoid any disappointment, grab your tickets for these two movies before March ends. James Wan's "Fast And Furious 7", starring Vin Diesel and the late Paul Walker, is the seventh and final instalment of the "Fast and Furious" franchise; whereas "The Avengers: Age of Ultron", starring Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth and Scarlett Johansson, among others, is a sequel to Marvel's superhero ensemble "The Avengers". "Fast and Furious 7" and "The Avengers: Age of Ultron" come in both 2D, 3D and D-Box format, and will also be screened in GSC Maxx halls.
