6 Jan – The Indonesian actors from the martial arts action film, "The Raid", Iko Uwais, Yayan Ruhian and Cecep Arif Rahman, are reportedly joining the latest instalment of the "Star Wars" franchise, "Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens".
As reported by Twitch Film, though it is not known what roles the trio would be playing in the upcoming "Star Wars" film, we can surely expect some butt-kicking action to go down on-screen. If this news of casting is confirmed, the actors will be joining actors Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, Kenny Baker, John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Max von Sydow, Lupita Nyong'o, Gwendoline Christie, Crystal Clarke, Pip Anderson, Christina Chong and Miltos Yerolemou. In other news, "Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens" has been voted the most anticipated movie in 2015 based on Fandango polls. The film will hit Malaysian cinemas on 17 December 2015 and 18 December 2015 in the U.S.
