8 Jan – It was an emotional acceptance speech by Vin Diesel when the "Fast and Furious" star choked up while paying a tribute to co-star Paul Walker. The actor-producer sang parts of "See You Again", the theme song to the latest instalment in the series which served as a goodbye to the late Walker, who passed away in an accident not related to the movie before the filming of "Fast And Furious 7" could be completed. "It was the love of everyone combined that saw us through to the end," Vin Diesel said while accepting the awards for the movie, which won Favourite Movie as well as Favourite Action Movie. Other winners of the night include Channing Tatum (Favourite Movie Actor), Sandra Bullock (Favourite Movie Actress), Chris Hemsworth (Favourite Action Movie Actor), Melissa McCarthy (Favourite Comedic Movie Actress) and more.
While some of the actors and actresses didn't manage to nab any awards in the Movie category, they did walk away with awards from the TV category. Dwayne Johnson ("San Andreas") was named Favorite Premium Cable TV Actor, Kristen Bell ("Frozen") won Favorite Premium Cable TV Actress and Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra ("Bajirao Mastani") won Favorite Actress in a New TV Series for her leading role as Alex Parrish in "Quantico".
Melissa McCarthy made the exception of being the only actress to win in both Movie and TV categories for Favourite Comedic Actress. Meanwhile, Kevin Hart took home the TV category's Favourite Cable TV Actor alongside the movie category's Favourite Comedic Movie Actor.
