6 Oct - Kamal Haasan's box office hit, "Vikram" is travelling overseas to the Busan International Film Festival.

The news was shared by the producers via social media, stating, "The response to Vikram all over the world has been extremely overwhelming. The Busan International Film Festival is another feather in the film's cap and its selection is a win for the entire team."

"We are proud to have our film being screened along with some of the finest films across the globe and are grateful for all the love and adulation from the audiences," they added.


The film is set to be screened under the Open Cinema category on 7 October.

Released in June this year with Kamal Haasan in the lead, the film made USD 63 million at the box office, becoming one of the highest-grossing Tamil films.

The 27th Busan International Film Festival is running from 5 to 14 October 2022.
