6 Dec – Ajay Devgn was recently revealed to have sustained an eye injury while shooting his new movie, "Singham Again". As reported on India Today, the actor injured his left eye while he was shooting for an action-packed scene for his movie at the Golden Tobacco Factory in Vile Parle, Mumbai.
Said one source, "[Director] Rohit was filming a combat scene that had Ajay taking on the baddies. A move landed incorrectly, hitting the actor in the face, and unfortunately, his eye was impacted. Naturally, it was a cause of alarm, and a doctor was immediately summoned to the set."
The upcoming movie is directed by Rohit Shetty, and will be the third project after the 2011 "Singham" and its sequel, "Singham Returns" in 2014. Ajay reprises his role as the great inspector Bajirao Singham. The film also has two spin-offs, "Simbba" (2018) and "Soorvayanchi" (2021).
