The movie made headlines for all the wrong reasons earlier this year, after netizens slammed it for the steamy scenes depicted in its official trailer.

The controversy caused the producers to be reprimanded by the National Film Development Board of Malaysia (FINAS), and it ended up having to cut ten scenes in order to enable it to get a PG13 rating.

However, the film releases in Singapore on 16 March without any cut scenes.
