Seul-Gi and Ah-Reum are two best friends in their final year at the National High School of the Traditional Arts. Like every other teenager, they are filled with anxiety over the upcoming college entrance exam. During their final summer, the two girls are forced to join the school choir in order to make up for their lack of attendance in class. The choir is under the guidance of Ms. Ham, who majored in western music and tends to blend the principles of classical Western music with traditional Korean song. The two friends who major in traditional Korean music dislike Ms. Ham`s teaching style. But overtime, they begin to see and accept the potential and creativity of new musical forms between western music and traditional Korean tune.

Seul-Gi dan Ah-Reum adalah pelajar tahun 3 di Sekolah Tinggi Kebangsaan Seni Tradisional. Mata pelajaran utama Seul-Gi adalah muzik tradisional Korea manakala Ah-Reum pula dalam muzik rakyat Gyeonggi. Ketika cuti musim panas, mereka bergelut dengan masalah tekanan dan kerisauan. Mereka kemudian mengambil kelas khas berikutan kerap ponteng kelas. Sementara itu, Biro Pelajaran telah memaklumkan sekolah mereka akan mengambil bahagian dalam pertandingan korus. Pihak sekolah telah memilih Cikgu Ham sebagai komposer dan akan disertai oleh pelajar khas kelas musim panas. Konflik mula timbul di antara Cikgu Ham, yang mempunyai pengkhususan dalam muzik barat, manakala pelajar pula dalam pengkhususan muzik tradisional Korea.
