Joe is a ticket collector, riding the last train out of London on a dark and stormy night along with a small number of passengers. When the train suddenly brakes violently and stops in the middle of the forest, it accidentally hits something along the way. The driver goes out to investigate but he never returns, causing panic among the passengers. When Joe realises that there is something dangerous lurking in the forest, he quickly asks the passengers to build barricades in order to secure themselves in the carriage, but the creature smashes through their defenses and kills off the passengers one by one.

Apabila penumpang keretapi diserang oleh seekor makhluk, mereka perlu bersatu untuk kekal selamat sehingga pagi. Menyedari sesuatu berbahaya menunggu di dalam hutan, para penumpang telah membuat benteng-benteng untuk memastikan mereka selamat di dalam gerabak tetapi kemudian makhluk tersebut telah mengepung dan berjaya menembusi benteng mereka sebelum membunuh seorang demi seorang. Mereka akhirnya berjaya membunuh makhluk itu dan mendapati ia adalah mutasi manusia dan binatang buas, iaitu serigala jadian. Bagaimanapun, kegembiraan mereka tidak bertahan lama apabila lebih banyak serigala jadian bakal menyerang mereka.
