The Odyssey / L’Odyssée (LFF)

This biopic follows the intrepid life of Captain Jacques-Yves Cousteau, the great undersea explorer, and the complicated relationship he has with his wife, Simone, and their sons, Philippe and Jean-Michel. In 1943, he and his friend Emile Gagnan developed the Self-Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus (scuba) and opened the world under the sea to humans. Cousteau aims to show this amazing world to everyone.
