ICAC Investigator William Luk is facing a tough time. Not only did the bribery and money laundering case he`s been working on with JFIU Chief Inspector Lau Po-Keung hit a dead end, model Eva Ng has also accused him of accepting a bribe worth millions, leading to his suspension. Lau discovers that Luk has been framed and looks further into it, only to discover that a corrupt higher-up is connected to the case that they have been investigating. Luk will have to put everything on the line to clear his name and bring the criminals to justice
Penyiasat ICAC William Luk berdepan waktu sukar. Bukan sahaja kes rasuah dan pengubahan wang haram yang disiasat olehnya dengan Ketua Inspektor JFIU Lau Po-Keung tidak membuahkan sebarang hasil, model Eva Ng juga menuduhnya menerima wang rasuah berjumlah jutaan dan ini membawa kepada penggantungannya. Lau mendapat tahu yang Luk diperangkap dan cuba membantu, dia kemudian mendapati kes ini membabitkan pengawai atasan yang korup dan mempunyai kaitan dengan kes yang mereka sedang siasat. Luk perlu mempertaruhkan segala-galanya untuk membuktikan dia tidak bersalah dan membawa dalang ke muka pengadilan.
