Unbreakable Spirit

Set in 1943 during World War II, the story revolves around the Japanese bombing of Chongqing that begun in 1938. The Chinese Air Force, despite lacking resources, weapons and experience, fights bravely against the powerful Japanese Imperial Army. They gain knowledge from United States Air Force`s Commander Jack Johnson, who not only teaches the Chinese how to fight the Japanese, but also leads his own Chinese aviation squadron against the Japanese. Meanwhile, when a Japanese spy causes a great deal of damage while trying to steal Chinese military plans, two Chongqing families with a hundred-year feud set aside their differences to fight the enemy together.
Berlatarbelakangkan tahun 1943 semasa Perang Dunia Kedua, filem ini berkisar mengenai pengeboman Jepun terhadap Chongqing yang bermula pada tahun 1938. Walaupun kekurangan sumber, senjata dan pengalaman, Tentera Udara China bertempur dengan penuh keberanian dengan Tentera Imperial Jepun yang kuat. Mereka menerima ilmu pengetahuan daripada Komander Jack Johnson dari Tentera Udara Amerika Syarikat, yang bukan hanya memberi tunjuk ajar kepada mereka untuk bertempur dengan tentera Jepun, malah turut mengetuai skuadron penerbangan China sendiri untuk melawan tentera Jepun. Sementara itu, dalam pada seorang perisik Jepun menyebabkan banyak kerosakan semasa cuba mencuri rancangan tentera China, dua buah keluarga Chongqing yang berbalah selama beratus-ratus tahun mengetepikan perbezaan mereka demi melawan musuh mereka bersama-sama.
