After Gayzilla Golf accidentally causes celebrity Cathy to fall and slip into a coma just one week before she is scheduled to shoot a big TV commercial, he realises he must find a look-alike to replace her or face a 50-million-baht lawsuit. He works with Gus, Kim and Natty to search for a look-alike and they finally found a street food hawker, Nam, who`s had enough plastic surgery to look like Cathy. Unfortunately, Nam has a bad personality. They must groom her to be as nice and well-behaved as Cathy before the commercial shooting starts.

Selebriti terkenal Cathy tidak sedarkan diri akibat kemalangan yang berpunca dari Gayzilla Golf, menyebabkan Gus, Golf, Kim dan Natty perlu mencari jalan untuk menggantikannya. Mereka akan dikenakan saman sebanyak 50 juta baht jika Cathy tidak tampil untuk menjalani penggambaran iklan TV dalam tempoh seminggu. Mereka kemudiannya mencari pengganti dan bertemu dengan seorang peniaga makanan bernama Nam, yang telah banyak menjalani pembedahan plastik sehingga penampilannya sama seperti Cathy. Namun malang bagi mereka apabila mendapat tahu perwatakan Nam jauh berbeza dengan Cathy yang sopan dan lemah lembut. Mereka perlu bekerjasama untuk mengubah peniaga itu menjadi bintang terkenal.
