14 Dec – Canadian actor Finn Wolfhard is making quite a name for himself in the horror industry, as the 14-year-old now has another horror movie in the pipeline. Wolfhard is set to star in "The Turning" next, according to Variety, with production on it slated to begin in the first quarter of 2018. The movie is a big screen adaptation of "The Turn of the Screw", a novella by Henry James. It will follow a young woman who, hired as a nanny to two orphans, becomes convinced that the country mansion they are living in is haunted. Wolfhard will be playing one of the orphans. Floria Sigismondi (helmer of TV series such as "The Handmaid's Tale" and "American Gods") will be directing from a script by Jade Bartlett, who is writing the most recent draft based on Chad and Carey Hayes' ("The Conjuring") original script. Wolfhard seems to have become a staple in the horror line after starring as Mike Wheeler in Netflix's "Stranger Things" and as Richie Tozier in "It". Expect to see the actor again in Season 3 of the popular show and the 2019 sequel to the hit horror movie.
