15 Jan - MyFrenchFilmFestival - the first worldwide online festival - is back.

Taking place from 19 January to 19 February 2024, the 14th edition of MyFrenchFilmFestival is entirely dedicated to Francophone films. A groundbreaking initiative, it invites festivalgoers to experience an eclectic selection of films and discover the best of French-speaking cinema from the comfort of your homes.

It also aims to share the pleasure of cinema with as many people as possible, especially those with limited access to movie theatres.

Founded in 1949 and located in Paris, the festival is organised by Unifrance; an organisation responsible for promoting French cinema and TV content worldwide.

In 2024, Internet users will have access to films in a variety of forms, genres and durations – illustrating the wealth, vitality and diversity of French-language cinema.

As always, all genres will be represented - comedies, romances, dramas, documentaries, animation, heritage films.


Organised for several years in thematic sections mixing shorts and feature films, MyFrenchFilmFestival offers "Internet festivalgoers" the chance to discover the best of French and Francophone cinema, grouped into different themes to pique the viewers' curiosity.

  • Families in Motion
  • Heartbeats
  • Mad World
  • Tales of the Night
  • Smells Like Teen Spirit
  • Women Supporting Women
  • Enjoy the Silence

This year, the festival pays a tribute to the most French of British actresses and singers: the iconic and legendary Jane Birkin. Films in MyFrenchFilmFestival 2024 will also be up for awards so please head over to MyFrenchFilmFestival.com to Vote for your favourite Films. The Audience Awards will be announced at the end of the festival.

The International Jury will grant the Grand Prize of the Jury to a feature film in competition, an award that comes with a prize of €15,000.
