The Good, the Bad and the Look-alike Artists:

The movie "Lucky Star 2015" is set as a comedy film, but as an audience it was a disappointment. Hong Kong actor Wong Cho-Lam is well known in playing hilarious roles in dramas or movies, so that might be one of the reasons why audiences would expect more funny scenes from him, but the movie seemed like the director and actors were trying too hard to crack jokes or to make the funny scenes work, which most of them unfortunately did not.

However at the beginning of the movie, when we see Yuen Qiu who played a character who has the same voice as Stephen Chow is rather surprising. That would be one of the few things that make the movie good.

The movie also gives many other surprises to the audience by using a cast that looks a lot like popular Hong Kong superstars; Andy Lau, Nicholas Tse, Chow Yun Fat and Jay Chou. These look-alike cast imitations were hilarious, but sadly their scenes were only a small part of the film.
