Suzume

17-year-old Suzume lives a quiet life in her small town in south western Japan. Her life changes one day when a young traveller tells her that he is looking for a door. She follows the young man into the mountains, where they find an old door inside an abandoned house. After this discovery, the pair notice "Doors of Disaster" spawning all across the country, which starts a series of unfortunate disasters. Suzume and the young man journey all over Japan to close and lock these doors to save the nation from catastrophe.
