Time for 'The Rise Of Cobra'

23 Jul – Tesco Stores (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. will celebrate its Tesco Movie Moments at selected locations over a period of weekends, bringing moviegoers closer to anticipated "G.I. Joe: The Rise Of Cobra," "Ninja Assassin," and "Alvin And The Chipmunks 2." The event will make its first pit stop this weekend with "G.I. Joe: The Rise Of Cobra" from 24 July to 26 July, 10am to 10pm at Tesco Setia Alam, Selangor.

"G.I. Joe" backdrops will be there for photo opportunities.

Plenty of activities are in store for members of the public to take part at no cost, which includes colouring contests, photo opportunities with the movie characters, Q&A sessions, and spin the wheel to win plenty of G.I. Joe premiums. Exclusive limited edition G.I Joe figurines will be given away, as well as the movie posters and other movie premiums. Also, join in 'The Battle' game where the challenges are divided into two categories, 'Gear Up' and 'Top Commando,' where NERF guns will be used, sponsored by Hasbro.

If you can't make it for this weekend's event, catch the next "G.I. Joe: The Rise Of Cobra" Tesco Movie Moments at the following Tesco Malls in Semenyih, Kajang (31 July – 2 Aug), Prai, Penang (7 -9 Aug) and Malacca (14 – 16 Aug).


"G.I. Joe: The Rise Of Cobra" will release in cinemas on 6 August 2009!
