1 Apr – After the highly successful "Cuci The Musical" play last year at Istana Budaya Kuala Lumpur, creator Hans Isaac together with theatre director Dato' Zahim Albakri and comedian Harith Iskandar will return for a sequel, scheduled to run from 27 July to 10 August 2010. According to Isaac during a press conference held recently, the response had been overwhelming that they have been invited to perform at Esplanade, Singapore in October this year after its run in Kuala Lumpur. "Cuci The Musical Season 2" features two fresh faces, Nabil Ahmad of the "Raja Lawak" fame and Malaysian Idol singer Jaclyn Victor. Nabil will tackle the role of C'Tan, previously played by AC Mizal, while Jaclyn replaces Adibah Noor in the character Farah. Apart from the change of cast, audiences will expect a revamp in terms of music, choreography, and comedy. However, Isaac has reassured that the main structure of the story and message about family values will remain. "Cuci The Musical" is the story of four brothers who operate 'Cuci-Cuci Services', a small window washing company - and their dreams to one day be good enough to be the company that services the exterior of the tallest twin-towers in the world, the Petronas Twin Towers, KLCC. "Cuci The Musical Season 2" will take centrestage at Istana Budaya, Kuala Lumpur from 27 July – 10 August 2010!
