31 Jan –Moviegoers are expected to see GSC open its first outlet at Bintang Megamall Miri under the GSC Lite branding and all digital halls sometime in the month of February. The 8-screen cineplex will also mark the first all-digital hall in East Malaysia and also the first cinema in Miri with 3D screenings. With a total seating capacity of 1,014, moviegoers will have more chances to watch their favourite films in addition to that in Star C'plex Miri. GSC Bintang Megamall Miri is the third GSC Lite outlet to open after GSC Mentakab Star Mall in March 2012 and GSC Amanjaya Mall, Sungai Petani in Nov 2012. In addition, it is the first GSC outlet to open in Malaysia this year.
