12 Aug – It was reported that Taiwanese actor Darren Wang has recently lost his beloved mother. According to Mingpao, the actor's mother was rushed to the hospital back on 5 August following a rupture of a brain tumour that was never diagnosed prior. It was revealed that she was found unconscious on her bed by her daughter and was in a coma soon after arriving in hospital. Darren was revealed to have halted all work to accompany his mother at the hospital following her surgery. Unfortunately, she passed away in the early morning of 9 August.
