18 Jul - Amitabh Bachchan seems to be confirming rumours that son Abhishek will be joining Shah Rukh Khan's new project, tentatively titled, "King".

The Bollywood legend recently reposted an article on X that has the title "Shah Rukh Khan to battle against Abhishek Bachchan in Siddharth Anan and Sujoy Ghosh's King".

He wrote, "All the best Abhishek. It is TIME!!!"

It was back on 15 July that rumours circulated that Abhishek has been cast as the antagonist in the film, which will have Shah Rukh working alongside daughter Suhana.

SRK previously had fans jumping with joy when he posted a video which has the script placed on his side table.

On the other hand, Abhishek will also be filming "Housefull 5", which recently announced the addition of Sanjay Dutt.
