Dragon Lau (Ronald Cheng) and Charlie Mang (Mark Wu) are old time buddies who have lost contact for many years. They have gone their separate ways - one is an undercover cop in a gang and the other dreams of gaining fame in the male pageant TV show. They are soon reunited for a `substitute case` that involves the son of the richest man in town.
