An eccentric police detective, Chong Sir, is trying to figure out the motives of both the victim, a young prostitute called Jiamei, and her killer, a truck driver named Chi-chung Ting. He has enough evidence to charge Ting but is holding off because he wants to know the real reason behind the murder. The movie is based on a real-life 2008 case of a murdered 16-year-old prostitute in Hong Kong.
Seorang detektif bernama Chong Sir cuba merungkai motif sebenar di sebalik kes pembunuhan seorang pelacur bernama Jiamei dan mencari kaitan di antara mangsa dan pembunuh yang merupakan seorang pemandu trak bernama Chi-chung Ting. Dia sudah mempunyai bukti kukuh untuk mendakwa Ting tetapi menangguhkannya kerana dia mahu tahu punca sebenar pembunuhan itu. Filem ini diangkat dari kisah sebenar pada tahun 2008 di mana pelacur berusia 16 tahun dibunuh di Hong Kong.
