Feeling pressured after learning of her true identity, 19-year-old Aurora, a child born out of wedlock who grew up in Europe with her non-Muslim adoptive family, travels to Malaysia to find her birth parents. She is helped on her journey by a young man named Khaliq. Her reunion with them is not an easy one as her birth father, now a popular Islamic preacher called Ustaz Aariz, refuses to admit she is his daughter in order to protect his status. Meanwhile her birth mother, Siti Zahrah, still lives a life haunted by a sinful past.

Aurora merupakan remaja berusia 19 tahun yang dibesarkan di Eropah oleh keluarga bukan Islam. Namun, setelah mendapat tahu bahawa dia sebenarnya adalah anak luar nikah, Aurora hampir bunuh diri akibat tertekan. Dia kemudiannya dibantu oleh Khaliq dan pulang ke Malaysia untuk mencari ibu dan bapa kandungnya. Sementara itu, ibu kandungnya, Siti Zahrah, masih dihantui dengan dosa silam, manakala ayah kandungnya pula, Ustaz Aariz, seorang ustaz terkenal, cuba lari dari dosa silam dan tidak mengaku Aurora adalah anak kandungnya demi menjaga reputasinya.
