29 Jul – Following the box office success of "Jangan Pandang Belakang Congkak", prolific production house Metrowealth's head honcho David Teo is looking for a child actor to play a toyol (mythical child spirit) for their upcoming 36th movie "Alamak... Toyol!" A general notice sent to the press last week states that they are hunting for a child aged 7 to 11 with a height of 100cm to 130cm and of an agile nature for the role. Details of auditions will be printed in local newspapers. According to Metrowealth representative Azahari Abdul Hamid: " We have open auditions like this so that the local industry is stocked with fresh faces. This is an excellent opportunity for parents with talented children to try their luck. Who knows your son might be the next Haley Joel Osment (The Sixth Sense)?" Meanwhile, the production house is busy shooting fantasy-comedy "Zoo". They have two movies lined up: "Senario The Movie Episode 2: Beach Boys" on 19 November 2009 and also a new horror movie starring Lisa Surihani called "Santau".
