24 Apr – Classified information about the top secret Malaysian film, "Patriot", has now been revealed! "Patriot", which is still in pre-production made, aims to be a film that not only respects and honours Malaysians soldiers and police, but also to raise the public's awareness of what they have done and turn them into the nation's pride. The film's script was penned by veteran soldier Captain Sudirman.
"Patriot" is an action, war and spy film that will fit into the "international terrorism crisis" context that has been experienced both locally and internationally. The story revolves around ASP Evelyn who leads an elite team of soldiers that more often than not, successfully save the people from terror and violence. But their duties are never-ending, for there are always terrorists from the outside invading the country. Notable actors to star in the upcoming movie include Dato' Jalaluddin Hassan as the Prime Minister, Nasha Aziz as ASP Evelyn and Adam Corrie as Corporal Jeff Oii.
