Bala gets married with Priya and they move together into a new home, but Balas`s father is against the marriage due to Priya`s past. This is because Devi, Priya`s mother, was mentally ill when she was pregnant with Priya, and Bala`s father is afraid that Priya would go through the same experience as her mother due to her troubled birth. Although Priya and Bala live a happily married live in their new house, the happiness doesn`t last long as Priya starts losing her mind, and sees her dead mother in her dreams. She is soon unable to distinguish between the real world and dream world, and starts seeing and hearing things.

Tetapi ayah Bala tidak merestui hubungan tersebut kerana dia takut Priya mungkin menjadi seperti ibunya yang mempunyai masalah mental. Perkara tersebut akhirnya menjadi realiti apabila Priya betul-betul mengalami sakit mental. Ini membuatkan Priya berhalusinasi dan akhirnya tidak dapat membezakan apa yang betul dan apa yang hanya dalam imaginasinya.

The Good, the Bad and the Delusional Wife:

• Instead of making this a typical horror film, the director turns it into something even more frightening with a touch of Biblical fantasy.

• The film is very ambiguous at the beginning, but not too boring or confusing, and slowly the juicy parts of the film are slowly unveiled throughout the story.

• The film does a good job at being unpredictable and creepy at the same time, and the weirdness of the film makes everything even more eerie thanks to the direction and the camerawork which played a large part in creating the ambience.
