A lot of movies have had to delay their theatrical releases this year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic that has forced cinemas worldwide to be temporarily shuttered. But by this summer, cinemas are expected to resume operations and cinephiles can once again enjoy watching movies on the big screen. Here we list down 12 of the highly anticipated Hollywood movies of 2020 you can look forward to once cinemas reopen!


This July, Christopher Nolan's action thriller "Tenet" will kick off the summer blockbuster season.
Focusing on the world of international espionage, the movie stars John David Washington,
Robert Pattinson, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and more.


"Mulan" is finally coming to cinemas this July too! The live-action movie stars Crystal Liu
as the titular heroine, and the cast is made up of prominent
Asian actors like Donnie Yen, Jet Li and Gong Li.


"Wonder Woman 1984" is scheduled for release this mid-August. Gal Gadot will be reprising
the titular superhero role and, as the title states, the sequel will be set in the 1980s era.
