15 Jun – A few members of the cast and crew of "Baby Driver" will be making a visit to Kuala Lumpur on 17 July, three days before the movie hits the cinemas in Malaysia. The movie's writer-director Edgar Wright along with its two stars, Ansel Elgort and Lily James will be making their way to Malaysia next month to promote their movie. Elgort stars in the movie as Baby, a young getaway driver who can only do his job properly with music from his playlist blasting in his ears and James plays Debora, Baby's love interest who unknowingly convinces him to leave his criminal life behind and go on the road with her. Wright's helming has made the movie seem more like a high-octane fast-paced music video with how every action in the movie is synched perfectly with the beat of a song. Previously, Wright penned the script for Marvel's "Ant-Man". He is mostly known for his quirky comedy movies like "Hot Fuzz" and "Shawn of the Dead". Elgort, meanwhile, has starred in all movies in "The Divergent" series as well as the popular "The Fault in Our Stars" while James is best known for starring in Disney's live action remake of "Cinderella", and last year's "Pride and Prejudice and Zombies". "Baby Driver" is about Baby carrying out a seemingly impossible job, all in the hopes of it being his last so he can be free to live out his life with Debora. The movie will be released in cinemas on 20 July 2017 in Malaysia and Singapore, and is slated to be released on 29 Jun in Cambodia.
