27 Jul – It looks like even the weirdest looking things have its fans, as it was revealed that two props from the set of "Beetlejuice 2" have recently been stolen.

The news was announced by the Vermont State Police on 22 July via Twitter, as they posted two images of a weird nine-tentacle/finger looking object being one of the items stolen.

Fans of the movie might remember that the 150-pound sculpture that was stolen resembles one that was created by Delia Deetz, played by Catherine O'Hara in the original movie.

The tweet read, "We tried saying the name of this stolen statue three times, but it didn't come back! We're investigating the theft of this 150-pound sculpture from the "Beetlejuice 2" set in E. Corinth, along with a lamp post topped with a pumpkin decoration. Call 802-748-3111 with any info."

"Beetlejuice 2", which sees the return of Michael Keaton as the titular character and Winona Ryder and Catherine O'Hara as Lydia and Delia Deetz, will be released in September 2024.
