Beyond (EUFF)

The film centres on Leena. She is married, has two daughters, and leads a happy life. However, her past catches up to her. She receives a call from a distant hospital; her mother is in her death bed. She declines to go to her mother`s side but is encouraged by her husband. As she travels to the distant hospital with her family, she recalls her past of having grown up in a home littered with abuse and alcoholism.
Filem "Beyond" ini mengisah Leena yang telah berkahwin dan mempunyai dua anak perempuan yang hidup dalam keadaan bahagian. Namun, masa lampau menganggu beliau. Dia menerima panggilan daripada hospital yang memberitahu ibunya telah mati ketika tidur. Dia yang sedih tidak mahu pergi melihat ibunya untuk kali terakhir namun dipujuk oleh suaminya. Ketika perjalanan ke hospital, dia kembali mengimbau masa lalu di mana dibesarkan di rumah yang penuh dengan penderaan dan penderaan.
