Mac and Kelly Radner are expecting their second child when the sorority sisters of Kappa Kappa Nu move in to their neighbouring house. The husband and wife turn to their former enemy and former neighbour, Teddy, for help with the problems caused by their new bad neighbours.

The Good, the Bad and the New Neighbours:

• The film not only captures the humour of the original, but greatly improves upon it - it is a legitimately funny comedy with a story.

• Chloe Grace Moretz adds a lot more fun and hilarious moments to the film with her naturally funny sense of humour and entertaining performance.

• The film tries to give a better understanding on the reality of sexism, which was represented fairly well as both comedic satire and a coming-of-age message, though it can be a little bit cheesy.

Trivia:

• The film is Seth Rogen's first live-action sequel.
